The Ground Tent That Doesn't Suck
If you've followed my camping trips for a while, you know I'm not easily impressed by ground tents. They're usually a pain to set up, leave you sleeping on roots and rocks, and feel more like a nylon coffin than shelter. But then the Rev Tent showed up.
C6 Outdoor brands the Rev tent as a all in one. You can use it as a ground tent, rooftop tent, or in the truck of a bed. It has a real mattress, heavy-duty materials, and setup takes only a few minutes.
I've used it on multiple trips now - from forest camps to rock trailheads - and it holds up. Wind, rain, mud, cold - none of it was an issue for the Rev Tent. The waterproofing is amazing, the zippers don't jam, and there is plenty of ventilation for the warmer trips.
Pros:
- Super fast setup and breakdown
- Super comfortable mattress
- Heavy-duty, waterproof design
- Packs down small enough to fit in the back of a SUV or truck bed.
Cons:
- It's not the lightest tent, so don't plan to backpack with it.
- Price is slightly higher than traditional ground tents, but 100% worth it.
If you're tired of the struggles traditional ground tents bring, definitely check out the Rev! Whether you go on weekend trips, or out on the trails, you will sleep like a baby with this tent.
